Crust:
3/4 cups melted butter
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Pat into a greased 9 X 13 inch pan and bake at 350* for 10 minutes.
Filling:
4 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
Mix ingredients and pour over hot crust. Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Camille's No-bake Cookies
Melt together and boil for three minutes (medium heat):
1 cube of butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbs. cocoa powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbs. peanut butter
Remove from heat and add:
3 cups of oats
Stir until oats are thoroughly covered. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Let harden.

Fettuccini Alfredo

1 clove garlic
1 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 Tbs. flour to thicken
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese
Melt butter and garlic over medium heat in a saucepan; stir in whipping cream. Stir in flour to thicken. Stir in spices and cheese until melted. Stir into prepared fettuccini pasta.
